  1. What we give out, we get back. We are each responsible for our experiences. Because of the Law of Attraction, we attract unto ourselves that which we are. So, for example, if we feel and give out vibes of happiness, we attract more happy people and outcomes into our life.
  2. Every thought we think is creating our future. The more energy we put towards certain thoughts, the more these thoughts will grow. So, only ever focus on what you want. If for example, you want your business to grow, only think thoughts that are in alignment with a growing business.
  3. Everyone is dealing with the damaging patterns of resentment, criticism, guilt, and self hatred.These patterns can limit us and bring about unhappiness if dwelt upon. The key to moving on is to release them completely. For example, refuse to let people lay guilt on you.
  4. There are only thoughts and thoughts can be changed. It is not necessary for us to cling on to our long held beliefs. They are only the truth if you decide to make them your truth. Beliefs are only habitual ways of thinking. They can be changed.
  5. We need to release the past and forgive everyone. Holding on to negative past events often causes us health problems. Forgiveness is about releasing what happened in the past and letting it go. (It's not about letting a person away with what they did). Forgiveness regularly results in a physical healing of some area in the body.
  6. Self-approval and self-acceptance in the "now" are the keys to positive changes. When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works. For example, we may feel free to express ourselves more, we may feel more confident to take on new projects, we may feel more deserving of all the good things in life and we may feel it is safe to love others. (Loving the self is not the same as pride or vanity, which in fact comes from a place of fear).
  7. The point of power is always in the present moment. Your past is over and done with. When you change your thought at this very moment, you are setting the wheels in motion to create a new reality. Reclaim your power to create your life right now.
